Allison’s Gourmet Catering was established as a full service Catering and Event Planning company in September 2002. Founded by Allison Vaux, a graduate of the Stratford Chef School, Allison’s Gourmet Catering quickly became one of the most popular catering firms in the Milton area.

The dream of owning her own company began after having worked in some of the most prominent kitchens in Toronto. After acquisitioning a small industrial kitchen in Milton, Allison enlisted the help of her family to begin the steady stream of cold calls to the corporations in the surrounding area. Within a month, word had spread across Milton about a new catering firm that was bringing gourmet food to their functions.

The small industrial kitchen grew to include both an office and an exquisitely decorated showroom that displays the caliber of rentals that Allison’s provides. The business has continued to grow at a rapid pace. After only one year, Allison’s Gourmet Catering has acquired over thirty corporate clients, serviced countless private functions, and has been welcomed into many extraordinary venues. From a private dinner party in your home for six people to an extraordinary wedding for five hundred people, Allison’s Gourmet Catering services each event with precision and exceptional delicacies.
